"The checkout did go through in the..."
The checkout did go through in the end, so I guess it was okay, but it felt a bit slower than I expected. I also had to double-check my delivery details a couple of times, which made me slightly unsure for a minute. Payment worked fine though, so not a bad experience overall, just feels like it could be a bit smoother.

I ordered a few bits from weldricks.co.uk the delivery felt like it took an eternity. The items themselves were fine, so it wasn’t a disaster, but sitting around waiting with barely any updates was seriously frustrating. I’d maybe order again, but only if I had all the time in the world and wasn’t remotely in a hurry.

I kind of wish the packaging had been a little sturdier. The box showed up a bit crushed, which made me worry at first, but thankfully the items inside were still fine.

I sent an item back thinking the refund would be straightforward, but nope :) it ended up being way more annoying than I expected.

I had to keep chasing for updates, and it felt like no one was really keeping me in the loop. Just a bit frustrating when all you want is to know what’s going on.

Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me the whole returns process felt slow and like a bit of a headache :/

I ordered a few welding bits from Weldricks and, to be honest, I was a bit unsure at first, but the prices were better than most of the other sites I looked at. The delivery cost seemed fair too, which does make a difference. Nothing especially fancy, but the order arrived fine and it felt like good value. I’d probably use them again if the prices stay around the same.

I needed a few welding bits and, like I said, they actually had most of it in stock, which was really handy. One item was a bit limited, but it still got sorted without much fuss. Like I said, happy overall and I’d use them again.

"Pretty frustrating in the end"
I don’t usually leave reviews, and at first I figured it was just a busy period or maybe my order was taking a little longer than expected. I kept checking my email and gave it a couple of days, but when I tried to get an update, I emailed them twice and never got a reply. I even tried calling, and it still felt like nobody was actually looking into it. It ended up being really frustrating, and I don’t think I’d use them again.

I had to wait much longer than I expected for my prescription, and it left me feeling a bit uneasy. When things take that long with little clarity, I start worrying I’m being messed around or fooled. The service was just too slow for me, and overall it wasn’t a great experience.

"Frustrating to navigate and support wasn’t much help"
I found the site kind of frustrating to use. Sometimes it was just hard to find what I was looking for, and when I tried getting help, I felt like I kept getting sent in circles instead of getting a clear answer. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it definitely could be smoother.

After I placed my order, I didn’t get any updates at all. I had to chase them for information, and even then the replies were slow, really slow, and vague. It just felt frustrating not knowing what was going on.

The pharmacist’s advice was genuinely helpful and made me feel more confident about what I was getting. The only thing I regret is not ordering sooner, because the delivery arrived a little later than I’d hoped.
